Double Pump Station AF125
The Accuvon vacuum central double pump station is the heard of our vacuum waste water disposal system.
Two robust duty /stand-by Accuvon Rotary Lobe Pumps are powering up the vacuum in the piping system and at the service modules. The vacuum pressure is permanently monitored and controlled by the integrated pump station control.
The outstanding design of the Accuvon pumps allows to create a powerful vacuum on pumps inlet and to discharge the waste water directly into the sewer main. There is no need for complicated buffer tanks, valve assemblies and ad ditional controls.
The programmable PLC and control unit ensures optimized performance and simple control in fully automatic or manually operation of the system.
Each pump of the duty/stand-by assembly can be isolated from the system separately while the other pump keeps the system working.Unlike competition the Accuvon vacuum central need no bulky vacuum buffer and waste water reception tank. The totally closed system design can avoid offensive smells.
The pump station is available as a skid mounted assembly for indoor or with a weather proof cabinet for outdoor installations.

Rotary Lobe Pumps are self-priming, valveless positive displacement pumps. The screw rotor enables pulsation free and gentle conveyance, the pump operation is reversible
The Accuvon pumps allows the quick and convenient replacement of all fluid wetted parts without removal of pipes, drives or other components of the pump unit by your own staff.
Quick - Uncomplicated - Inexpensive. The quick release cover allows simple access to the inner parts of the pump.

Accuvon offers various shaft seals designs and rotor materials with different coatings (Elastomer, PTFE or Urethane) or solid stainless steel rotors. Casing protection plates are supplied with various steel, plastic or ceramic qualities. For additional operation safety the Safety valve for over pressure protection can be added.
